Stephen is a social entrepreneur with a passion for creating life changing organizations, programs, and events that help others live fully, love deeply, and lead well.

He is the founder and executive director of Sage Hill Counseling and the creator and CEO of The Leadership Lab. Stephen also is the Assistant Coach for Mental Performance for the Nashville Soccer Club.

He is the co-author of six books, including the bestselling Wild Things: The Art of Nurturing Boys. His latest book is Parenting with Heart: How Imperfect Parents Raise Resilient, Loving, and Wise-hearted Kids.

He has been married to Heather for over 20 years, and together they have four children.
