Christine Benson

Christine is a multifaceted professional who uses her extensive range of experience to help clients in a way that works best for them. Recognizing that nearly everything in our modern-day society is pushing people toward being isolated, disempowered, and defeated, Christine takes a holistic approach to counseling that incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, cognitive behavioral concepts, family systems theory, and meditation and mindfulness. Regardless of the particular modality used, all of Christine’s counseling is grounded in an authentic, empathetic, and unconditionally supportive relationship with her clients.

Christine’s eclectic and diverse background demonstrates her true love of learning, creativity, and personal growth. In addition to being a graduate student in clinical mental health counseling, Christine is a licensed lawyer, a published author, and a certified health and nutrition coach. A daily runner with two marathons under her belt, Christine has had a daily meditation practice for over a decade. More than anything, Christine aims to help people return to who they truly are and create a life that truly love – and to realize that their time is now.
