Caroline is curious about what is beneath the surface and hopes to help others explore the emotions and experiences that make up their true authentic self. Caroline has found a deeper connection to herself and others through her own journey in counseling and is excited to help clients do the same. Caroline’s approach is client-centered, emotion-focused, and systems oriented. Caroline began her professional career working in accounting and finance before pivoting to pursue her dream of counseling.

Caroline is currently pursuing a masters in marriage and family therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and will graduate in spring 2026. A Colorado native – Caroline loves to get outdoors as much as possible and to take advantage of the nature Nashville has to offer.
