Beth is passionate about helping people live fully, better understand how to care for themselves, and encourage them toward the life they were made to have. She believes that healthy relationships ground in truth and vulnerability are essential to this process.

Beth has a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Master’s in Global Leadership, and is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200). She brings a well rounded perspective into her therapy practice that integrates the psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of a person’s life. Her practice is grounded in the Spiritual Root System as well as other psycho-social theories.

Beth is a Nashville native who moved back after time in both Auburn, Alabama and Dallas, Texas, where she worked with a large non-profit ministry while in Graduate school. Upon her return to Nashville, she spent several years teaching and coaching at a local elementary school.
