Allison focuses on a warm and empathetic style that revolves around clients practicing self discovery. She is client centered in nature which relies on putting the client in the driver's seat of their own life. She is currently a graduate student of clinical mental health counseling and Capella University. Drawn to all things outdoors, Allison integrates an adventurous spirit into her work while allowing clients to take their own pace on their personal hike through life. She believes in including art and creativity to reflect the colorful nature of the human spirit.
